Delivery

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND COSTS FOR SLOVENIA

Goods ordered in the online store can be delivered to you by delivery service, but can be picked up at the registered seat of our sales gallery (when ordering please indicate your own pickup at the Miren Gallery) at the gallery opening time. Ordered products remain the property of the seller until the full purchase price has been paid by the buyer.

Goods ordered in the online store https://galerijaoskarkogoj-sp.si/, go on the way as soon as possible ¬– if in stock in our warehouse, in principle, the same day or within three days, or we will notify you in writing of delivery. In the event that you may have ordered goods that have just gone out of stock or which for unforeseen reasons cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will inform you of the new delivery time through given contacts. All products are handmade, so the delivery time is 30 to 60 days if the products are out of stock.

In order to deliver the ordered items as quickly as possible, we will always choose the most optimal route. This is usually a package delivery of Pošta Slovenije, which means that you can expect delivery the next day in the morning, if the order was placed by 1 pm, exceptionally the delivery time can take up to 3 working days. During the holidays and during the weekends, the delivery time for leisure days shall be extended accordingly. If you are not at the stated address at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at your Pošta Slovenije unit, as the courier will leave you a notification of the shipment.

STANDARD DELIVERY cost across Slovenia is 6.90 EUR with VAT already included.
The cost of EXPRESS DELIVERY across Slovenia is 14.90 EUR with VAT already included. The order will be delivered by 1:00 PM on the next business day.
For purchases over 200.00 EUR, delivery in Slovenia is free of charge, but does not include EXPRESS DELIVERY.
The consignment is shipped with care, so the goods are safe when shipped!
The shipment is INSURED IN CASE OF DAMAGE!

* CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is a payment in cash in a lump sum upon receipt of the package. Therefore, you must be present in person at the time of collection.

Cash on delivery is only possible if the user wants the ordered product from our sales range to be delivered to the selected address in Slovenia.

If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, the shipment will be delivered by the courier service between 8 am and 4 pm! If you are not available at your home address or at the address you left for the invoice, you can specify another delivery address when placing the order, as it is important to us that the shipment is delivered to the address where you are available or is available someone else who could pick up the shipment. If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of the shipment and where you can pick it up. In the event that the buyer does not receive the package within three (3) working days, the buyer must notify via e-mail to oskar.kogoj@siol.net.

Please note that the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije charges a fee for this type of service, which is not charged on the invoice.

Namely:
- for the amount up to € 98.00 charges a commission of € 1.05,
- for the amount from € 98.00 to € 501.00 charges 1.07% of the value and
- for the amount over € 501.00 charges € 5.36.

You pay a commission to the postman separately; the cost is not included in the value of the package.

* Breakage of the item upon delivery
All products are inspected and shipped undamaged before delivery. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they can reach you undamaged and in their original packaging.

If in the case of delivery of goods you find that there was a breakage in the shipment, you must notify us immediately – on the same day, or within three days at the latest. The buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. It shall do so by bringing the parcel to the nearest Pošta Slovenije unit in the same condition as it was received and completing the damaged shipment form.

Send a copy of the report on the damaged shipment, a copy of the invoice and your personal data to the company's address or to the e-mail address oskar.kogoj@siol.net. We will replace damaged goods at no cost to you as soon as possible! You must adhere to this deadline; otherwise we will not comply with the complaint.

The Provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this way fulfil the order more effectively.
