Ordering process

TECHNICAL PURCHASE PROCEDURE

You do not need to register to purchase products.

By registering in the online store www.galerijaoskarkogoj-sp.si (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), the visitor / guest acquires a user name that is the same as his e-mail address and a user-defined password. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the information entered. By registering, the visitor confirms and warrants that he or she is a mature, fully business capable person. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer (customer).

The password is known only to the user and is secret. The user is obliged to provide authentic information and data protection, so that only he/she or the person authorized to act on his/her behalf with his/hers password.

On the Website, the customer selects the product by clicking on ''ADD TO CART '' or the icon with the shopping cart drawn on it to add it to the cart. The system notifies that the product has been added to the cart. You can continue your purchase or click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to enter the shopping cart and complete the purchase.

Clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner will open a page that shows all the products placed in the shopping cart. The products in the basket can be removed by the customer by clicking on the golden X. If the buyer wants to add another specific product to the shopping cart, he must click on the "BACK TO STORE" button. Clicking on the aforementioned link brings it back to the online store.

If in the shopping cart the customer wants to continue completing the purchase, must click on the black coloured "CHECKOUT" icon. For continuing the following information is required:

delivery address: all the required information must be provided (name, surname, street and house number, place, postal code, e-mail address and telephone number) that we need to confirm and complete the order and deliver the product;

shipping cost: customer can choose between delivery services;

in the "NOTES" the customer can write any message regarding the purchase or anything else;

payment method: you can choose from different payment methods;

after choosing payment type, customer must agree to the general terms and conditions of use, the specific purposes of use and the rights regarding the use of personal data;

order overview and the "COMPLETE ORDER" button: shown are products that a customer has added to the shopping cart. The price of the product with VAT, the postage and the total cost of payment are shown in the shopping cart before the order is completed by clicking on "COMPLETE ORDER".

After confirming the order, the customer (buyer) receives a notification "ORDER CONFIRMATION" from the Provider by e-mail.

The Provider prepares and dispatches the ordered products within the agreed deadline.
