General terms


Products may be purchased by natural and legal persons. We accept orders by phone, fax and e-mail. The order form must contain: company headquarters, exact delivery address, contact person, VAT (DDV) ID number, telephone and fax numbers. The signed order is considered a contract between the seller and the purchaser.


If the ordered goods are in stock, they will be delivered in the shortest possible timeframe or at the appointed time. In the event that we run out of an item on your order or that the item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by phone or send you a written notice. All products are first-rate hand-craftsmanship, and therefore they may take up to 30 to 60 days to be delivered.


Price does not include postage costs.


Any complaints by the purchaser must be notified to the Gallery immediately by telephone or e-mail but not later than eight days after receipt of the goods. Damaged goods have to be returned together with the receipt and the complaint report. In the event of a dispute, the seller and purchaser shall do their best to resolve the issue in an amicable way. If they fail to do so, the dispute shall be resolved by the court of proper jurisdiction in Nova Gorica.
