Oskar Kogoj – designer, artist, thinker... and we could go on and on. A lot has already been written about him. In all interviews, he "bares himself" and nothing remains hidden. He shares his thinking with everyone and everywhere.

The book "Oskar Kogoj – Child. Designer. Seeker. Teacher." was created with the desire to give a brief but concise account of his life and work. We decided to combine the translation with the native language in the book because we want each copy to bring Slovenian into the world, a language that is so sacred to Oskar, so natural and ancient, full of content and secrets.

Biographical facts are interspersed with anecdotes that keep his restless mind still creative. In conclusion, he gives us some life wisdom and advice. He summarizes the instructions on how to live and work in the following thoughts: "Whatever you do, do it well, do it with love. Strive for peace, truth, love, non-violence and right conduct. Materialize your knowledge for the highest good of all. There is a fountain of love for life and all living things in you – find it and use it. Draw knowledge from everything that surrounds us and look inside yourself – you will touch the divine."
