LIPIZZAN TWIN HORSES SCULPTURE
Symbol of power, nobility, beauty, kindness, transformation, spirituality ...
Sculpture (on a stone base – 75 cm x 31 cm x 14 cm, porcelain, gilding (18ct gold), white galze)The Lipizzan horse is a spiritual, ballet horse, also distinguished by the power that this horse possesses. The Lipizzaner is a native breed of hot-tempered horses, which are the oldest in the world. Our ancestors developed the breed by crossing the native Karst breed with noble Arabic and Spanish stallions. THE WHITE HORSE is the symbol of symbols, which represents to Slovenians as well as to the European and World cultural heritage a living example of the spirituality and excellent animal power of man. The Lipizzan horse is associated with the development of man – from animal nature to divine knowledge, from BLACK to divine WHITE. The Lipizzan horse is born black and turns white as it grows older. Such a transformation represents the transformation of the human, animal nature into the divine knowledge of cosmic human values. Our ancestors believed the white horse to be God Himself...
They taught it to stand on two legs and use its raised third leg for balance. This pose is supposed to represent the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the HOLY TRINITY or TRIGLAV (three heads). The LIPIZZAN HORSE is thus considered a spiritual horse and also a working horse.
In the past, many ancient parishes in the area of the settlement of Slovenian people in Central Europe were dedicated to St. George on a WHITE HORSE (a symbol of early Christianity). St. George on a white horse kills the dragon, which implies that man must conquer his EGO during his lifetime. He must become God in the divine creation of the unified cosmic consciousness.
Archduke Charles, ruler of Inner Austria (Carantania), established a stud farm at Lipica in the Karst area in 1580. One of the most precious horses he brought there was the Andalusian stallion named Pluta. The basic breed of horses was the domestic ancient white horse, which was persistent, strong and had a high gait. This breed was then crossed with the Spanish and Arabic, particularly the Iberian, but also with the Neapolitan and Polesine. The stud farm reached the peak of its development under the rule of the Emperor Charles VI and the daughter of the Empress Maria Theresa. The famous Spanish Riding School was established in Vienna in 1752 when the Lipizzan horse first appeared. The Lipizzaner became a noble and military horse.
The Lipizzaner is impossible to describe – when it appears, it enchants with its beauty, intelligence, its freedom and is like a divine horse. That is exactly what our ancestors tried to communicate to their descendants. This horse carries a deeper meaning that can help man to develop and acquire knowledge of himself, to discover the goodness and beauty in his spirituality for he is the UNIVERSE.
The home of the Lipizzan is the village of LIPICA. Its name is derived from the ancient symbol of the Slovenian people – the linden tree (lipa), which also represents everything BEAUTIFUL or WHITE.

THE ENERGY OF GOLDEN REFLECTION
The meaning of gold colour
The colour gold symbolises abundance, wealth, prestige, prosperity and luxury. It is the colour of success, achievements, triumph and optimism. It is associated with quality, prestige, sophistication and elegance. Gold attracts the eye and represents inspiration and the activation of spiritual energy. It can improve mental and physical health, while also lighting the way to future goals and bringing success, since it is associated with the energy of the sun and, in turn, with life energy, strength and self-confidence. It helps to achieve spiritual enlightenment and to gain knowledge and a deeper understanding of one’s own self and soul. It celebrates successes and motivates people to reach their potential. Gold is optimistic and positive, and adds richness and warmth to everything it is associated with, thus illuminating and enhancing other things around it as well. The colour gold increases passion and charisma, as well as compassion and understanding.
Gold is a sacred colour in both religious and magical contexts. It represents divine qualities, which is why many of the objects used in sacred rituals are made of gold or gold-coloured. It is associated with pre-eminence, has a frequency of higher protection, and signifies total integration and spiritual service. Why plate items in gold? Because humans also have a little gold in their bodies. What connects the individual human to their soul in the physical sense is gold. This connection is ‘golden’. Unless one ‘gilds’ oneself spiritually, one cannot come closer to God, to knowing oneself, to a deeper realisation that one is a spiritual being. A spiritual being can only develop in a physical body.
